Mr. Dal Bahadur Shrestha, Chairman
Mr. Shrestha is associated with Subisu Group since its inception. He established the Dosham Traders about two and half decades ago and has diversified the group's activities to its stage now. He is now an honorary Chairman of the Group.
Mr. Birendra Singh, Managing Director
Mr. Singh has been associated with Subisu Group since 1998 and he has been the main driving force in the diversification of the Group. He is actively involved in the promotion of the Group's Activities.
Surendra Shrestha, Director
A commerce graduate, he has been working in Dosham Traders since 1990 and has taken charge of Subisu Group as a Director. He also looks after the affairs of Tibet Cottage (P) Ltd., a hotel owned by Subisu Group.
Binaya Mohan Saud, Board Member (Technical)
He is an Engineering Graduate(Electrical & Electronics) and is associated with Subisu Group since 1998. He has been a Project In-charge of a Community Electricity Development Program of Nepal Electricity Authority and bears experience in tendering process of government organizations. He is looking after the affairs of Subisu International and Nepalshop.com.
Sudhir Parajuli, Board Member (Management)
Mr. Parajuli has a Master's Degree in Management and also an Engineer(Electrical & Electronics) by profession. Before joining Subisu Group in 1998 he was working for Nepal Electricity Authority and a trading firm in Kathmandu. He is looking after Subisu Cablenet as a Chief Executive Officer.
Ramji Prasad Upadhya, Advisor- Civil
Mr. Upadhyay is associate with Subisu Group since 1996 as an advisor of Civil construction. Mr. Upadhyay has an experience of over 38 years in civil construction and provides support to Subisu Group for its construction projects.
Amit Thapa Chhetri, Board Member (Invitee)
Mr. Chettri is Engineer (Information Technology) in profession. He has been involved with the group since 1997 and is main force behind establishment of Subisu CableNet and is working as technical chief.
